Our Story
Founder Marissa Prejean entered the travel industry with determination — but without a roadmap. Like many new advisors, she spent countless hours researching, learning through trial and error, and wishing for a supportive community to guide her.
More than a decade ago, she turned that experience into something bigger—building a successful, Disney-focused travel agency rooted in collaboration and and growth. Today, that same mission drives everything we do: ensuring every new travel advisor has the tools and support needed to succeed.
In 2022, Marissa expanded her vision with the launch of C&C World Travel, a sister company designed to serve a broader range of travel experiences beyond Disney. This division allows advisors to grow their business across luxury, international, and custom travel planning—while still benefiting from the same strong foundation.

Additional Requirements
Recent Disney Travel
Travel to Walt Disney World and/or Universal Orlando (including on-site resort stays) within the past five years.
Disney Cruise Line Experience
Experience with Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland, or Adventures by Disney is a plus—but not required.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented
Drive to build your own book of business and grow your career independently.
Commitment to continuing education
Great agents continue to build their destination knowledge as the industry evolves.
